Design notes
The badge is a round dark board with a three-person move sketched on it in white marker, the kind of diagram a team lead draws on a meeting-room whiteboard. One colleague passes, the recipient in red sets up the next, and the third finishes the job. TEAM PLAYER runs beneath in bold condensed capitals. The few strong shapes stay readable at small sizes, so it works in an HR platform, a newsletter or a profile.
About
Team Player Award Badge Template, Whiteboard Play
A team player badge goes to the colleague whose name keeps coming up when people are asked who helped them get their work done. Companies award it through peer recognition programmes, quarterly shout-outs and the annual awards night, usually after nominations from teammates rather than a manager's pick alone. As a digital badge it travels further than a printed certificate: the winner can show it on a professional profile, in an email signature or on the company's recognition wall.

Subject: name, your team has named you Team Player of the Year
Dear name,
Congratulations! Your colleagues nominated you as our Team Player of the Year. Again and again, their nominations described someone who shares the load, steps in when it counts and makes every project easier for the people around them.
Your award certificate is ready. Open it to read what the team recognised you for, download a copy to print for your desk, and share it on LinkedIn if you would like to.
Thank you for everything you do for the team.
Hyperstack fills in each person’s name and link when it sends.
Post for the recipient to share
I am honoured to be named Team Player of the Year, especially because the nomination came from my colleagues. Nothing I did this year happened alone: every project worked because we covered for each other and shared what we knew. Thank you to a team that makes coming to work a pleasure. #Teamwork #EmployeeRecognition
