Design notes
This landscape certificate draws that idea as a whiteboard sketch. A pale pitch outline frames the page, and on the right a short marker-drawn play shows a red circle, the recipient, setting up a teammate to finish, labelled THE ASSIST. The left column carries the logo, organisation, award title, name and program, a citation, six recognised qualities with ring bullets, then category, level, selection method, issue date and credential ID, two signatures and a QR code. It suits companies that want a recognition award with some energy that still looks right on an office wall.
About
Teamwork Certificate Template, The Assist Landscape
Teamwork is the quality most employers say they value and the one that is hardest to reward, because it rarely shows up in individual targets. A team player award puts it on record. HR departments and team leads present it at year-end reviews, department meetings and company award evenings, often after peer nominations, to the person who shares the load, covers for colleagues and helps new starters find their feet.
Wording on the template“Recognised by colleagues for making everyone around them better: sharing the load, covering when it counts, passing on what they know and setting others up to succeed. Every great result has an assist, and this one is theirs.”More wording ideas for team player award certificates

Subject: name, your team has named you Team Player of the Year
Dear name,
Congratulations! Your colleagues nominated you as our Team Player of the Year. Again and again, their nominations described someone who shares the load, steps in when it counts and makes every project easier for the people around them.
Your award certificate is ready. Open it to read what the team recognised you for, download a copy to print for your desk, and share it on LinkedIn if you would like to.
Thank you for everything you do for the team.
Hyperstack fills in each person’s name and link when it sends.
Post for the recipient to share
I am honoured to be named Team Player of the Year, especially because the nomination came from my colleagues. Nothing I did this year happened alone: every project worked because we covered for each other and shared what we knew. Thank you to a team that makes coming to work a pleasure. #Teamwork #EmployeeRecognition
Recipients share it with one click from their credential page, with the badge attached.
Printing
Printing it well
Print at actual size
Choose “Actual size” or 100% in the print dialog, not “Fit to page”, so the margins and the QR code keep their size.
Use card, not paper
A matte or silk card of 200–300 gsm (about 80–110 lb cover) feels like an award and does not curl in a frame.
Frame it
A4 fits a standard 21 × 29.7 cm frame; US Letter fits an 8.5 × 11 in frame, or an 11 × 14 in frame with a mat. Hang it on its side, as designed.
Mind the edges
Most home printers leave a thin white border. For a design that runs to the edge, use a print shop or your printer’s borderless setting.
