Design notes
The page is laid out on the fall clearance drawing that every fall protection course teaches: a hatched anchorage at the top, the next lower level at the bottom, and a labelled dimension chain beside the drawn anchor, lanyard and orange dorsal D-ring. The name sits on the D-ring level. Beside the chain are the program, a statement, the duration, standard and level, six competencies, the issue and valid-until dates, the credential ID, two signatures and the QR code. It suits a training centre that wants a technical, exact record.
About
Fall Protection Training Certificate, Clearance Landscape
Fall protection training prepares a worker to rely on a personal fall arrest system. The course covers spotting fall hazards and choosing between guardrails, nets and personal equipment, picking an anchorage that will hold, fitting and inspecting a full-body harness, checking connectors and lanyards, working out the fall clearance below the work, and planning a prompt rescue after an arrest. Safety training providers, employers and contractors give this certificate when the course ends, and it goes into the worker's training file.

Subject: name, your fall protection training certificate is ready
Hi name,
Thank you for completing fall protection training with us. You now know how to choose an anchorage, fit and inspect your harness, check your connectors and lanyard, allow for the clearance below you, and what the rescue plan asks of everyone on the team.
Your certificate is ready. Open it to see it, download a copy to print for your site file, or share it on LinkedIn. It shows when your refresher is due, and we will remind you before then.
Work safely up there.

Post for the recipient to share
I completed fall protection training this week. We inspected our harnesses webbing by webbing, picked anchorages, worked out the clearance needed below a lanyard and practised a rescue plan. The biggest lesson: the system only works if you check it every time and know who will come for you. #FallProtection #WorkingAtHeight #WorkplaceSafety

Printing
Printing it well
Print at actual size
Choose “Actual size” or 100% in the print dialog, not “Fit to page”, so the margins and the QR code keep their size.
Use card, not paper
A matte or silk card of 200–300 gsm (about 80–110 lb cover) feels like an award and does not curl in a frame.
Frame it
A4 fits a standard 21 × 29.7 cm frame; US Letter fits an 8.5 × 11 in frame, or an 11 × 14 in frame with a mat. Hang it on its side, as designed.
Mind the edges
Most home printers leave a thin white border. For a design that runs to the edge, use a print shop or your printer’s borderless setting.
