Design notes
This landscape layout is drawn as a single-line diagram. Down the left edge the supply passes a transformer to an open disconnect with a red padlock and danger tag, then drops at 0 V onto a copper bus that runs under the recipient's name. Five feeders hang from the bus to the five topics covered. A legend column holds the duration, a reference line for the course standard, the issue and valid-until dates and the credential ID; the statement, two signatures and a QR code fill the foot. It suits a training room wall or a contractor's induction file.
About
Electrical Safety Certificate, Locked Disconnect Landscape
Electrical safety training prepares people who work on or near energised equipment to recognise shock and arc flash hazards, stay outside the approach boundaries, choose rated PPE and put equipment into an electrically safe work condition before they touch it. Employers, electrical contractors and training centres issue a certificate when the course ends, and many give it a valid-until date so refresher training stays on schedule.
Wording on the template“Completed training in safe work on and near electrical equipment: recognising shock and arc flash hazards, keeping to the approach boundaries, choosing rated PPE and putting equipment in an electrically safe work condition before work begins.”More wording ideas for electrical safety certificates

Subject: name, your electrical safety training certificate is ready
Hi name,
Well done on completing your electrical safety training. The course took you through shock and arc flash hazards, approach boundaries, electrical PPE and how to prove a circuit dead before you work on it.
Your certificate is ready. Open it to see the topics you covered and your valid-until date, download a copy to print for your training file, or share it on LinkedIn. Keep it close: site managers and clients may ask to see it.

Post for the recipient to share
I have completed electrical safety training, covering shock and arc flash hazards, approach boundaries, electrical PPE and lockout/tagout. The lesson that will stay with me is simple: isolate, lock, and prove it dead before you touch anything. Thank you to our trainers for a clear and practical course. #ElectricalSafety #ArcFlash #SafetyFirst

Printing
Printing it well
Print at actual size
Choose “Actual size” or 100% in the print dialog, not “Fit to page”, so the margins and the QR code keep their size.
Use card, not paper
A matte or silk card of 200–300 gsm (about 80–110 lb cover) feels like an award and does not curl in a frame.
Frame it
A4 fits a standard 21 × 29.7 cm frame; US Letter fits an 8.5 × 11 in frame, or an 11 × 14 in frame with a mat. Hang it on its side, as designed.
Mind the edges
Most home printers leave a thin white border. For a design that runs to the edge, use a print shop or your printer’s borderless setting.
