Design notes
The round ink plate holds one piece of a single-line diagram: the supply line drops to a disconnect drawn open, its raised blade held by a red padlock, with 0 V on the dead side above a thick copper bus. ISOLATE · LOCK · PROVE runs around the top of the ring and TRAINING around the foot. A few heavy white strokes keep the switch and the lock readable at 120 px. It suits any team that runs electrical safety courses for new starters and refreshers.
About
Electrical Safety Badge Template, Locked Disconnect
An electrical safety badge is the short form of the training record: one mark that a maintenance technician, a facilities engineer or a machine operator who resets breakers can show on a profile, in a staff portal or in an email signature. Training providers and employers award it with the certificate, and the credential page behind it shows the date, the topics, from shock and arc flash hazards to lockout/tagout, and when the refresher is due.

Subject: name, your electrical safety training certificate is ready
Hi name,
Well done on completing your electrical safety training. The course took you through shock and arc flash hazards, approach boundaries, electrical PPE and how to prove a circuit dead before you work on it.
Your certificate is ready. Open it to see the topics you covered and your valid-until date, download a copy to print for your training file, or share it on LinkedIn. Keep it close: site managers and clients may ask to see it.
Stay safe, The training team
Hyperstack fills in each person’s name and link when it sends.
Post for the recipient to share
I have completed electrical safety training, covering shock and arc flash hazards, approach boundaries, electrical PPE and lockout/tagout. The lesson that will stay with me is simple: isolate, lock, and prove it dead before you touch anything. Thank you to our trainers for a clear and practical course. #ElectricalSafety #ArcFlash #SafetyFirst
