Design notes
This landscape certificate turns that record into a hose line. Five equal lengths of red woven hose run across the page, joined male into female by brass couplings, and each one carries a stencilled skill. Above the line sit the title, the graduate's name, the program and a short statement; below it, the credential ID, the issue date at the male end, two signatures and a QR code. The duration and level stand at the top right. It suits academies and brigades that want a record with the feel of the drill yard.
About
Firefighter Certificate Template, Hose Line Landscape
Firefighter training starts long before the first real call. In a recruit academy or a volunteer brigade's basic course, trainees study fire behavior, practise hose and ladder drills until they are automatic, work in breathing apparatus, search smoke-filled rooms and learn to recognise a hazardous materials scene, then put it together in supervised live-fire exercises. A training officer or academy coordinator signs the record at the end, and it goes into the member's file.

Post for the recipient to share
I graduated from firefighter recruit training this week. Months of drills on the hose and the ladders, hours in breathing apparatus and live-fire training with a great crew of instructors. I am proud of the work and ready to keep learning on the job. #Firefighter #FireAcademy

Printing
Printing it well
Print at actual size
Choose “Actual size” or 100% in the print dialog, not “Fit to page”, so the margins and the QR code keep their size.
Use card, not paper
A matte or silk card of 200–300 gsm (about 80–110 lb cover) feels like an award and does not curl in a frame.
Frame it
A4 fits a standard 21 × 29.7 cm frame; US Letter fits an 8.5 × 11 in frame, or an 11 × 14 in frame with a mat. Hang it on its side, as designed.
Mind the edges
Most home printers leave a thin white border. For a design that runs to the edge, use a print shop or your printer’s borderless setting.
