Design notes
The badge cuts the audit finding down to its bones: the clause code 9.2 above a heavy navy bracket that holds two pale bands, REQUIREMENT and EVIDENCE, and a slanted teal band with INTERNAL AUDITOR in light capitals. The words are straight and bold, so the name of the role still reads at thumbnail size. It matches the landscape and portrait certificates of the same set.
About
Internal Auditor Badge Template, Audit Finding
Once someone has trained as an internal auditor, colleagues in other departments need to know they can be asked to audit a process. A digital badge makes that visible on an intranet profile, in an email signature or on LinkedIn. Quality teams and course providers issue it next to the training certificate at the end of an internal audit course, so the new auditor can share proof of the training with one link.

Subject: Your internal auditor training certificate, name
Hi name,
Well done on finishing internal auditor training and your practice audit. Planning an audit, sampling evidence and writing clear findings take real care, and you showed all three.
Your certificate is ready. Open it to see it, download a copy to print for your training file, or share it on LinkedIn so colleagues know you can join the audit programme.
We look forward to your first audit with the team.
Hyperstack fills in each person’s name and link when it sends.
Post for the recipient to share
This week I finished internal auditor training for ISO 9001 and carried out my first practice audit on one of our own processes. Tracing a requirement through to real evidence, and writing up what I found, changed how I look at our work. Thank you to our trainer and our quality team. Ready for my first audit on the programme. #InternalAudit #QualityManagement
