Design notes

The badge is a round hour meter, the counter that machines at work use to log running hours. A brushed steel bezel frames a dark face with ON-THE-JOB TRAINING along the upper arc. The drum window spells O J T on three dark drums, and a fourth red drum carries a check for completed training. HOURS RENDERED and a small hourglass sit beneath it, above a fine tick scale. The words are fixed, so one badge serves every trainee, and it still reads at small profile sizes.

About

On-the-Job Training (OJT) Badge Template, Hour Meter

A trainee who has finished their OJT hours wants to show it where recruiters look: on a LinkedIn profile, in an email signature or in a digital wallet next to their school records. A digital badge does that job. The host company or the school issues it with the certificate of completion, and anyone who clicks it can see the hours, the program and who signed off the training.

Subject: name, your OJT certificate is ready

Hi name,

Congratulations on completing your on-the-job training with us. You rendered every hour, took on real work and learned the way our team does things, and your supervisor has signed off your training.

Your OJT certificate is ready. Open it to check your hours, department and training period, download and print a copy for your school or your records, and share it on LinkedIn.

Thank you for your hard work, and all the best in your next step.

Hyperstack fills in each person’s name and link when it sends.

Post for the recipient to share

I have completed my on-the-job training. Over the past weeks I rendered my OJT hours with a real team, learned how the work is done day to day and took on tasks I had only read about in class. Thank you to my supervisor and colleagues for their patience and guidance. #OJT #OnTheJobTraining
