Design notes

The badge is a pocket dial thermometer, the tool a food handler reaches for on every shift. A steel bezel holds a pale face with a Fahrenheit ring outside and a Celsius ring inside, both on one true scale, and a red arc marks the danger zone from 41 to 140 °F. The needle rests in hot hold. Food Safety and Trained sit in a sturdy grotesque under the hub and stay clear on a small profile picture. It pairs with the matching certificates.

About

Food Handler Badge Template, Danger Zone Dial

Food handler training covers what every person who prepares or serves food must know: washing hands and staying away from work when ill, keeping raw and ready-to-eat food apart, holding food at safe temperatures, cleaning and sanitizing surfaces, and knowing the main allergens. Restaurants, caterers, school kitchens, hospitality colleges and online course providers give a digital badge when a learner has finished the course and passed its test. The badge is the provider's own record of that training, not an official card or permit.
