Design notes
Across the middle runs the temperature chart, drawn true in Celsius above and Fahrenheit below: cold hold in blue, the danger zone in tomato red and centred under the name, hot hold in steel. Above it sit the logo, the title, the name, the program and a statement; below it the five skills covered, the duration, the assessment, the dates, the credential ID, a signature and the QR code. It suits a record printed for a staff file or a kitchen wall.
About
Food Handler Certificate Template, Danger Zone Landscape
A food handler course is often the first safety training a new kitchen or counter worker takes. It explains how germs spread from hands and raw food, why time and temperature matter, how to clean and sanitize, and how to keep allergens off the wrong plate. Employers, hospitality schools, caterers and food safety trainers give a certificate when the learner has passed the final assessment, and many ask for a refresher every few years, so this one carries a valid-until date. It records the provider's own training; it is not an official food handler card or permit.
Wording on the template“has completed food handler training and passed the final assessment, showing safe practice in personal hygiene, preventing cross-contamination, keeping food out of the temperature danger zone, cleaning and allergen control.”More wording ideas for food handler certificates

Subject: Your food handler training certificate, name
Hi name,
Congratulations on finishing your food handler training and passing the assessment. Your certificate is ready.
Open it to see your record of the course, from hand washing and cross-contamination to temperature control and allergens. You can download it, print a copy for your manager or your staff file, and share it on LinkedIn. Anyone can check it with the QR code.
Note the valid-until date so you can book your refresher in time. Thank you for helping to keep our guests safe.
Hyperstack fills in each person’s name and link when it sends.
Post for the recipient to share
I have completed food handler training and passed the final test. The course covered hand washing, keeping raw and ready-to-eat food apart, temperature control and allergens, which I will use on every shift. Thank you to our trainer for making it practical. Safe food starts with the people who handle it. #FoodSafety #Hospitality #KitchenLife

Printing
Printing it well
Print at actual size
Choose “Actual size” or 100% in the print dialog, not “Fit to page”, so the margins and the QR code keep their size.
Use card, not paper
A matte or silk card of 200–300 gsm (about 80–110 lb cover) feels like an award and does not curl in a frame.
Frame it
A4 fits a standard 21 × 29.7 cm frame; US Letter fits an 8.5 × 11 in frame, or an 11 × 14 in frame with a mat. Hang it on its side, as designed.
Mind the edges
Most home printers leave a thin white border. For a design that runs to the edge, use a print shop or your printer’s borderless setting.
