Design notes
The badge is a green ring with Workplace Safety curved across the top and Trained on a dark plate at the bottom. Inside, three slices from the Swiss cheese model stand in a row and an orange hazard arrow goes through two of them before the third stops it. The words are large enough to read at small sizes. It works well for factories, warehouses, offices and construction teams that want a simple sign of trained staff.
About
Safety Training Badge Template, Swiss Cheese Model
A digital badge shows at a glance that a worker has completed safety training. Employers issue one after an induction or a refresher so that the worker can show it on a profile, in an email signature or to a contractor portal, and supervisors can check who is trained before a shift or a site visit.

Post for the recipient to share
I have completed workplace health and safety training. We practised spotting hazards, assessing risks, reporting near misses and responding in an emergency. My main lesson: every person who knows what to look for is one more layer of defence between a hazard and an accident. Thank you to our trainers for the practical sessions. #WorkplaceSafety #HealthAndSafety #SafetyTraining
